Description:

The McCall laboratory in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Oklahoma (http://mccall-lab.oucreate.com/) is seeking two postdoctoral fellows to participate in our NIH R01-funded research on Chagas disease drug development and metabolomics. The University of Oklahoma is a R01 public research university known for excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement. The McCall lab is located in Norman, a vibrant community located just outside Oklahoma City with good schools, amenities, and a low cost of living.


Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry or a related field, with an interest in expanding their skillset. 

The successful candidate will have experience with mouse models and with biosafety level 2 experimentation, and a successful publication track record. Hands-on mass spectrometry experience is a plus, but not required
