The Admissions Office is seeking (1) Federal Work Study student at 10 hours AND (1) Federal Work Study student at 15 hours per week for the Fall 2022/Spring 2023 terms. Duties include: greet guests and direct them to the appropriate offices. Provide guided tours to guests on a regular schedule. Help the admissions office with campus-wide recruitment events. Assist with answering the phone, bulk mailing, and copying. Assist with prospective student outreach.

Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Confidentiality and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

$11.00 per hour

This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Factors such as dates of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, rehabilitation and position applied for will be taken into account.
