The Administrative Associate supports the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences (CEHHS). Responsibilities include planning and executing high-visibility events, direct administrative support for the Director, and support of outreach and engagement efforts within the college.

Minimum Qualifications


    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 3 years related experience.Previous experience planning events. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to develop and distribute visual communications on behalf of the department.Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new technology, systems, and procedures. Strong problem-solving, management, and organization skills. Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events. Excellent ability to work with all kinds of people and to work with grace under pressure, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.  Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities. Ability to adhere to UT policies and procedures.
