Accountabilities:


1. Personal Qualities

2. Coordination of Team Activities
▪ Coordination of all team travel needs: Hotels, Transportation, Meals etc▪ Creating itineraries for players/staff▪ Assist with practice preparation▪ Coordinate Practice Ice Slots for Away Games ▪ Coordinates all academic break arrangements during out of class sessions ▪ Planning of Team Related Functions▪ Responsible for maintaining team spaces – lounge, locker room and storage room including ordering of food and snacks, regular setup, and maintenance ▪ Assist with all aspects of recruiting visits while following NCAA rules andregulations▪ Submit accurate CARA logs for weekly submission as well as other compliance forms▪ Assist the Athletic Communications team with social media efforts throughout the season▪ Assist with team community service events including event scheduling, publicity, coordinating with team community service activities
3. Coordination of video and game film
▪ Live coding of games/practices▪ Assist with post-game video breakdown ▪ Assist with Scout Video and Game Preparation▪ Coordinate setup/breakdown of video equipment with visiting team▪ Responsible for all video uploads▪ Confirm reported game statistics are accurate through video following each game▪ Access NHL games to provide further analysis to the coaching staff and team ▪ Acquire video for recruiting breakdown

Professional Experience/ Qualifications:

The duties for this position will include but are not limited to the following:
•Planning all operational logistics for the Men’s Ice Hockey program, video/film coordination,
•Equipment management and preparation, travel logistics and assist with on-campus recruiting visits and practice logistics.
•The position will entail no on-ice coaching duties per all NCAA rules.

Preferred Qualifications:

▪ Prior experience of playing, coaching, or operations experience of hockey▪ Prior experience with video editing software
