General Summary

Indiana Tech is seeking Adjunct Faculty in our Fort Wayne area and online platform. The successful candidate will teach in person, online, and blended classes at our Fort Wayne campus primarily in the MBA program, however, undergraduate courses may be assigned as the need arises. Types of courses to be taught include Economic Decision Making for Managers.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Instruct courses as defined by course and learning objectives established through the college and defined in teaching letter of agreement.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate preferred.
  • Previous online teaching experience at the graduate level preferred.
  • Strong technological aptitude. Knowledge of Blackboard, Microsoft Office, and Blackboard Collaborate preferred.
  • Strong history of relational approach in the classroom.

Experience

  • Five years or more industry experience preferred.
  • Professional experience and teaching experience (both face-to-face and online environment) preferred.
Working Conditions

Work is normally performed in a typical classroom environment.
