Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Instructor of Clinical TeachingBachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school/collegeMaster’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher educationEligible for faculty appointment at the rank of Instructor of Clinical TeachingEligible to obtain an unencumbered State of Colorado RN LicenseTwo years professional nursing experience within the the past five years.
- Instructor of Clinical TeachingExperience teaching in simulation or skill acquisition Experience teaching in the clinical environment as a Clinical Instructor
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.Ability to provide effective leadership to achieve strategic objectives.Ability to critically think and problem-solve to achieve team objectives.
