The University of Tennessee's Temporary Help Pool is seeking an Administrative Specialist for the Office of Community Engagement.

This position provides high-level administrative support, acts as the first point of contact for the (OCEO) and initiatives related to engagement and outreach, schedules events in Ad Astra, oversees registration processes, assists with program materials, and assists with effective modes on communication. A key support role in a fast-paced environment for the general support of OCEO. Assists with the coordination of all aspects of OCEO programs including program advertising, application processes, coordination of housing for pre-college program and meals; creates Power Point slid decks and other presentations; orders supplies; reconciles expenses; and other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience with high school diploma.
