Our West Campus is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. Our East Campus is located at 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705. The Human Resources office for both campuses is located on the West Campus in Building K, Suite 111.
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Business and/or Management, mentor students, serve on departmental and university committees, participate in university functions and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include teaching, service, and scholarly activity in the area of management.Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Applicants for this tenure-track position should possess an earned Doctorate degree in Management or a closely related field, including at least eighteen semester hours of graduate-level coursework in management from an accredited university.
A required 5-year teaching experience at the collegiate level with academic research.
The ideal candidate would also have collegiate teaching experience, relevant industry experience, and management certification(s).
Evidence of scholarly activities, i.e., in-field, published research, grant writing, or other external funding efforts, is required.
A graduate degree (PhD. Or Master's Degree) is required along with at least 2 years of applicable teaching experience at the collegiate level.
A strong record of teaching, is desired.
Doctorate degree candidates (ABD) will be considered.
Salary range is from $70,000 to $80,000

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
The successful candidate must mentor and demonstrate excellence in teaching, have a commitment to integrating new technologies in the learning process, and have the ability to inspire, motivate and empower students to succeed.
Responsibilities include teaching both introductory and advanced level courses, preparing and delivering lectures in face-to-face and online environments, leading and moderating classroom discussions, and administering and grading examinations.
Additional essential duties will include mentoring students and participating in campus events.
