- Adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and work in compliance with all University, NCAA, Big East Conference, MAAC Conference and ECAC Conference rules and regulations
- Assist with player and team development to include; player individual coached sessions, player video review, practice and game development, pre-game and post-game break down, scouting for opponents and tactical adjustments with the greatest emphasis to be placed on attacking player development. Assist with goalkeeper warm-up when needed
- Spearhead the team’s travel planning including transportation, food and housing along with organizing preseason and championships team needs
- Work in conjunction with the Head and Associate Head Field Hockey coaches in daily practice planning with an emphasis on pressing formations, attack red zone plans and specialty situations
- On and off campus recruiting responsibilities as assigned with travel expected
- Support of unofficial and official visits including training for compliance, NCAA and recruiting software
- Coordinate with associate head coach to assist in preparing team and opponent scout film including gameday management
- Bachelor's required
- Master's degree preferred
