Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Plumber II provides all services to maintain, repair, install, and replace any piping, fixtures, and drains associated with the plumbing and heating systems of Temple University. The Plumber II is also responsible for inspecting, installing, repairing, and replacing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain heating, water, gas, and drainage systems for all campus locations.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:Philadelphia Journeyman Plumber’s license, completion of an accredited apprenticeship, and five years of recent commercial plumbing experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
