The Goldman School of Dental Medicine is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join their growing team! The Patient Coordinator provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, checking in patients, conducting emergency intakes and directing patient concerns to appropriate supervisor while maintaining a courteous professional demeanor.
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining clinical schedules by inputting appointments, maintaining waiting lists, registering new patients, updating patient information and verifying insurance
- Contributing to the financial goals of the center by collecting payments, maintaining schedules to fullest potential, posting charges, assuring pre treatment estimates have been discussed and signed by patient
High School Diploma/GED and 1-3 years of work experience required.
