Work as Lecturer for the Department of World Languages and Literatures. Perform direct classroom teaching at all levels of Hindi language from beginner to advanced; teach courses on Indian Cinema and other cultural courses; support course planning, preparations, grading/assessment of students’ written work and oral proficiency; support new course development/updating existing courses/curriculum development; serve as co-organizer and facilitator of extracurricular culture events; advise students; hold regular office hours; and participate in department and university service as required.
Must have Master’s degree in Foreign Language Education or Hindi and demonstrated expertise in teaching Hindi at the university level.
