Qualifications
Minimum QualificationsApplicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Ability to gain and maintain membership in good standing of the medical staff of the hospital
- Experience in leading high-performing, cross functional teams with exemplary leadership in conflict resolution
- Medical Degree from an accredited School of Medicine
- Eligibility for Board Certification in Pediatric Surgery
- Demonstrated experience/training in bariatric surgical techniques
- Demonstrated proficiency in pediatric surgical clinical, education and research efforts
- Ability to obtain license to practice as a physician in the state of Colorado with prescriptive privileges
- Board Certification in Pediatric Surgery
- 5+ years’ experience in bariatric surgical techniques
- 5+ years’ proficiency in pediatric surgical clinical, education and research efforts
- Ability to obtain license to practice as a physician in the state of Colorado with prescriptive privileges
- Ability to communicate clearly as an integral member of a team
- Motivate excellence and teamwork among providers and staff, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong leadership skills, including interpersonal communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, problem resolution, decision-making and project/change management
- Commitment to ensuring an excellent patient experience
- Promotes and adheres to the CHCO Standards of Behavior and holds providers accountable for adherence
