Job Summary: The Recruiting Operations Coordinator manages recruiting activities for a Division I sports program. Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and effective and efficient operations to enhance the success of the overall recruiting process, camps, and clinics.

Additional Department Summary: The Director of Recruiting Operations and Creative Content will assist the WBB coaching staff in all recruiting efforts which include but are not limited to: planning and executing materials for all aspects of the recruiting process, helping coordinate on-campus official and unofficial visits, and assisting with promotion of summer camps. This position will be responsible for the creative design for all daily graphics within the program including on and off-campus presentations along with team-related items. This position will also work with the Recruiting Coordinator and assist with all incoming student-athletes and their on-campus transition.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience; Or a Master's degree and a minimum of six months of experience. Student or Graduate Assistant, Intern, or student oriented experience will be considered. To be considered student experience must be detailed in the employment section on the application.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.

Skills and Knowledge: Requires proficiency in the usage of personal computers and standard application software with a preference for experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have demonstrated excellent planning and organizational skills. Must have demonstrated ability to function independently solving problems and making decisions. Must have ability to prioritize and schedule work for efficient operations. Must have design experience including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
