This position will support program evaluation, maintenance of accreditation, and achievement of strategic planning goals by providing oversight of all activities relating to; collection of outcome data from multiple internal and external sources, organization and maintenance of databases, analysis of complex data to monitor program performance and trends, generation and distribution of intuitive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to administration, program directors and other stakeholders, and documentation and tracking the flow of data and actions taken to support continuous quality improvement. In addition, the position will provide leadership and technical expertise for the planning and implementation of academic technologies and systems used by the College of Medicine.



  1. Regularly reviews program variables and outcome measures for the purposes of ongoing program evaluation, maintenance of accreditation, and achievement of strategic planning goals.
  2. Documents and tracks the flow of data and review of reports related to decisions and actions taken to support continuous quality improvement and reports this information to the Associate Dean and Director for Graduate Medical Education and other relevant stakeholders
  3. Directs efforts related to the collection, organization, analysis, and reporting of evaluation data within the Office of Graduate Medical Education
  4. Designs processes to ensure data integrity and efficiency
  5. Applies statistical methods to identify trends and make correlations across datasets
  6. Interprets and reports contextual data to GMEC subcommittees for evaluation of compliance
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.



EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)


EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of relevant experience, including direct experience working with datasets and generating reports; OR Master’s Degree, two (2) years of relevant experience, including direct experience working with datasets and generating reports. Position requires Data analysis, research and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in various computer software applications including web-based systems, database, spreadsheet, and office management systems (Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint.).

Experience in higher education or accreditation preferred. Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and sound judgement. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines, and the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously. Must be able to work independently. Must be computer proficient; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required; experience with additional applications, including FileMaker Pro, Qualtrics, and Banner is preferred; experience with SAS, SPSS, or other statistical analysis software is preferred.
