Responsibilities Coordinates and manages all aspects of soccer clinics, coaches clinics, and alumni events. This includes working closely with marketing, Compliance, and Facilities to ensure proper procedures are being met. Manages community relations with local soccer groups and game day activities.

Completes all administrative duties for the soccer office to include but not limited to: general front office duties, travel arrangements, create requisitions, receive on purchase orders, responsible for handling p-card/t-card, update recruiting database, process ADF forms, IDRs, and vendor profiles. Other duties as assigned. Responsible for the Soccer overall budget. Assist with Soccer summer camp.

Assist with on campus recruits and coordinates all recruiting trips for head and assistant coaches. Coordinates video setup for practices.

Works as a liaison between different departments on campus and with the athletic department for the head coach. Works closely with Seminole Boosters, Equipment, and Ticket Office.

Supervises graduate assistants and OPS staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and four years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to eight years.

Experience in making travel and hotel arrangements for staff and recruits.

Knowledge of the NCAA policies and procedures.

Valid Driver's License or the ability to obtain prior to hire.

Soft Money Funded Position

This is a soft money funded position, with renewal based on available funds and the needs of the University.

Schedule

Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
