The Administrative Program Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for the Office of Graduate Programs. This position works closely with the Senior Associate Dean, Assistant Dean, and graduate programs staff and interacts with a variety of constituencies including faculty, staff, and students. Reporting directly to the Assistant Dean, this position provides data management assistance to the graduate programs staff and advising to graduate student organizations. This position works closely with other departments, including Graduate Admissions and Career Management, and with the senior program coordinator on event planning related to program orientations and student activities. This includes all catering, contract acquisition, and procurement needs for the office of graduate programs. The position also provides administrative support to curricula committees and assurance of learning activities.
•High School diploma or equivalent.
•Two years of experience in customer service.
•Experience using an ERP system for educational institutions such as Banner.
