Summary

The Administrative Program Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for the Office of Graduate Admissions. This support includes managing initial contact with prospective and admitted students and managing student communications data in the Admissions CRM. The position also provides support to the student recruiting staff in graduate admissions and works closely with the graduate admissions team providing operational and administrative support related to on-campus and off-campus recruiting activities. The position reports to the Director of Graduate Admissions.

Required Qualifications

•High School diploma or equivalent.
•Two years of experience in customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Experience using an ERP system for educational institutions such as Banner.
