Job Description Summary / TWC Summary:

Under general supervision assigns rooms, leases residents, bills meal plans and rent to accounts. Maintains revenue collections up to 95% for assigned property with an estimated value of $1 million.

Essential Duties Summary:

  • Manages all financial, occupancy, and communication data reporting for assigned property.
  • Responsible for billing of damages, housing infractions, rent and meal plans.
  • Responsible for collections up to 90% of revenue for assigned property by enforcing the department’s collection policy.
  • Responsible for communicating with about housing updates, events, and procedures via phone and email thorough housing database.
  • Responsible for leasing and room assignments for students who have completed the housing process at the beginning of each academic semester and as needed.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Hiring Range:

$41,976.00 - $52,470.00

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Licensing/Certification:

Valid Texas Driver’s License preferred.

Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience.

Working/Environmental Conditions:

Limited standing and/or walking.Handling light weight objects.Using or carrying equipment.Stoop, bend or lift. May require extended work hours.
