Job Details
Ensure the stable management and operation of Procurement and Business Services systems. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all systems and the resolution of end user problems related to systems; User management; and supporting the customer relationship manager by providing training to system users on understanding the relationship between business processes and our systems software products. Provide business data analytics support by ensuring the proper collection and flow of PBS data.
JOB DUTIES:20% - Essential - Administer tasks that ensure the stable management of business systems. Implement updates and patches, ensuring system security and stability. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in system quality management.
20% - Essential - Implement and maintain procurement workflows and approval processes. Configure and optimize system settings to align with University/State/Federal policies, laws, and requirements.
25% - Essential - Validate the separation of functions, active users, and user groups' roles and permissions. Supports workflow for Invoicing, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, and Approvers, and notifies the appropriate people when workflow doesn't align with policy.
20% - Essential - Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications program manager and other functional areas as required to gather and analyze data from customer interactions to drive actionable insights that support PBS service goals. Process internal and external data/data analytics requests. Coordinate with the Business Intelligence department as required to communicate PBS data needs.
15% - Essential - Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications program manager to write and deliver various high-quality, value-added training courses and guides that support the education of internal and external customer on business systems. These should be engaging and delivered to both internal and external customers.
Education - A high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience.
A bachelor's degree in communications, computer science, or related field and experience in information technology.

COMPENSATION INFORMATIONAnticipated Salary Range ($ 45,530.00 - $ 55,000.00)
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.

Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
