Vice President of Enrollment Management

Regis University, a 145-year-old Jesuit Catholic university in Denver, Colorado with an in-person and online portfolio, seeks an experienced, collaborative, transformative Vice President of Enrollment Management to join a leadership team that is redefining the composition and brand identity of the University. This is an especially opportune time to join Regis as a new President comes on board in the fall to join an energetic and innovative new Provost, an experienced new Vice President for Advancement and other members of the senior leadership team that embrace the need for change.

The new Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) will serve as the chief strategic enrollment officer for the University. In collaboration with institutional leadership, and the greater Regis community, the VPEM establishes realistic yet ambitious enrollment targets and leads the implementation of modern and measurable growth strategies for Regis University. These strategies need to account for the University’s strategic and financial plan, its intended brand and social projection, and reflect the desired direction of the Provost and Academic Deans.

This position is responsible for providing executive leadership to the Division of Enrollment Management including the offices of Admissions and Financial Aid, with the potential to take on additional functional areas in the future.  Reporting directly to the President, the VPEM contributes directly and meaningfully to the overall success of the University in fulfilling its mission, vision and strategy. The VPEM will also provide assistance, counsel and support to the President as a member of the President's Cabinet.

Required Education & Experience: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university required with a doctorate preferred; Proven record of progressively responsible experience within leadership roles in enrollment management with demonstrated experience in enrollment services in a higher education institution with comparable size and complexity; prior work with both adult learner enrollment and traditional age enrollment

Application and Nomination Process: Application materials should be submitted by the target date of August 1, 2022, although expressions of interest may be considered until the position is filled.  Application materials must include: 1) a letter of interest stating how the candidate's experiences and qualifications connect with the desired experiences, qualities, skills and responsibilities outlined; 2) a resume or curriculum vitae; and 3) the names, telephone numbers, and email addresses of five references for future contact (references will only be contacted with permission of the candidates). Application and nomination materials should be submitted electronically to: RUVPEM@agbsearch.com. All applications, nominations, and inquiries will be handled in confidence.
