Job Overview

The Constituent Records Coordinator assists in collecting, managing, and resolving the daily data entry tasks, updates, and requests that are received by the Constituent Records team. By managing relationships with other teams within the Office of Advancement and ensuring efficient and timely processing of data, the Coordinator will support the data management function of the Constituent Records team. The Coordinator will work with database tools in a cutting-edge enterprise Salesforce implementation to perform mass contact updates, standardize addresses and create reports on data integrity.

The Coordinator will answer incoming requests and have other customer service duties on the team. They will serve as a resource for Advancement colleagues and help to properly direct and classify incoming requests. In addition to processing data updates, the Coordinator will maintain documentation for the team's business processes. This position will also assist with administrative needs on the team.

Work Interactions

The Constituent Records Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact and liaison between the Records team and other parts of the Office of Advancement and University. They will interact regularly with external alumni clients and internal Advancement clients. The position will report to the Director of Constituent Records. They will regularly work with other members of the team to assist them with projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with data management
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong communication skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce platform or similar CRM system
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SQL or other data analysis tools
  • Experience with ticketing system or project management tool
  • Experience in a non-profit, education, or fundraising environment


Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days on campus, 3 days telework). Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University.
