Adjunct Instructor - Introduction to College Writing

Position Overview

The Department of English invites applications to teach Introduction to College Writing as an adjunct instructor for the Fall 2022 semester. This is a course in academic writing. The instructor will be required to use They Say/I Say: The Moves that Matter in Academic Writing along with reader or set of readings of their choice.

The semester begins on Monday, August 29, 2022.

Requirements

  • Master of Arts in English, with college-level teaching experience
  • Understanding and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion in undergraduate curriculum
  • Experience using Canvas preferred
