Job Description The University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Dentistry is seeking to fill the position of Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor or Assistant/Associate Professor in the Periodontics Department. The position is a ranked non-tenure track or tenure track/tenure eligible position. This department is responsible for pre-doctoral and dental specialty students, patient care and service in periodontics. Specific responsibilities of this position include pre-doctoral classroom and clinical instruction primarily and some post-doctoral classroom and clinical instruction in periodontics. This 12-month ranked academic position is full-time (100% FTE), fully benefit-eligible, non-tenure track or tenure track/tenure eligible position to start with the Fall 2022 semester.
The ranked Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor provides opportunity for ranked NTT future promotion.
As tenure track/tenure eligible there will be promotion and tenure expectations based upon teaching, research and service.
