The Administrative Coordinator for Field Work reports to the Assistant Director of Administration for the department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and is responsible for providing support for clinical/field education sites and preceptors for clinical/field education.  The incumbent will also collaborate with the Department Chair, Program Directors, and Clinical Education Coordinators to provide support to all programs within the department.

The Coordinator will create student schedules for clinical placements in fieldwork scheduling systems; track clinical requirements of all students in HRS programs & ensure student compliance requirements, collaborate with Internal stakeholders at CPH as well as Temple departments, attend monthly field meetings; weekly meetings with Assistant Director; create and disseminate reports for internal stakeholders including but not limited to student training certificates, student supervisor continuing education certificates/letters and placement reservation forms; prepare master tracking spreadsheets for each program and update weekly prior to student placements; in conjunction with clinical faculty coordinators, track and issue notifications to students regarding compliance status.

The Coordinator will also maintain separate program databases outside of E*Value and input changes; maintain master program listings with new changes in preceptor information, site requirements, etc.; track all preceptors licensing information for annual accreditation reporting; monitor and update programs in online tracking systems; responsible for the following E*Value tasks: create timeframes for CE courses; work with faculty on evaluation process; set up new preceptor accounts; maintain learning objectives and fieldwork data forms; assist users with troubleshooting; run audit for student/preceptor compliance; prepare letters and certificate for site supervisors, student placements, continuing education credits, certificate of insurance, and attestations; prepare announcements and program updates for sites; coordinate with College of Public Health’s Office of Clinical Practice and Field Education personnel in obtaining and reviewing clinical contracts/agreements to ensure their timely execution; monitor and facilitate timely completion of affiliate agreements with College personnel; and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 

Required Skills & Abilities:
*Demonstrated advanced computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)   
*Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse constituent population 
*Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment 
*Ability to work independently and in a team environment  
*Strong attention to detail 

Preferred:
*Experience with clinical placement in an academic setting 
*Experience with inter-professional collaboration

This position is temporarily assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
