POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist Human Resource Office with all employee related tasks.
Hybrid Position - In office 3 days a week at New York office.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The day-
to-day duties required of this position may vary.

Primary duties:
o Assist HR Director with all administrative work in HR office
o Keep all personnel files current

Other general duties:
o Assist coordinators with Recruiting, Onboarding, and Payroll as needed
o Update HRIS as needed
o File documents into appropriate employee files
o Maintain quality service by following school standards
o Assist with recruitment and interview process, including reference and social media checks
o Provide excellent customer service (employees)
o Conduct audits as needed
o Employee badges and parking
o Assist with annual performance reviews
o Draft and send memos/ticker messages for staff and faculty
o Complete projects and tasks as assigned
o Maintain I-9 documentation for employees
Other duties as assigned by the HR Director

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
Overall knowledge of HR functions
Quick learner and attention to detail
Should have great planning and organizing skills
Quality control the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
Dependability the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions and responds to
management direction
Able to maintain high level of confidentiality

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
1-3 year(s) experience as HR Assistant
Certification or Associates degree or perusing education in HR field
