    Assistant Women's and Men's Swimming Coach

    Chatham University Athletics welcomes application for the position of Assistant Women's and Men's Swimming Coach. Chatham's Swim program is a member of the NCAA - Division III and the President Athletics Conference (PAC).

    Reporting to the Head Women's and Men's Swimming & Diving Coach, the Assistant Coach will assist in all aspects of the Swimming & Diving Program.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning, organizing, implementing and following up on recruitment.
    • Assist in coordinating athletic planning, program development and assessment of student-athletes' performance, retention, personal development and leadership development.
    • Assist in overseeing program budget and resource management.
    • Assist in supporting campus endeavors and coordinate athletic events to enhance campus community and school pride.
    • Assist in ensuring adherence to University, NCAA and PAC regulations and policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience.
    • Excellent leadership skills and outstanding character traits.
    • Availability on early mornings/weekends.

    The Assistant Women's and Men's Swimming Coach can be filled as a Graduate Assistant Coach. Athletic Graduate Assistant Coaches may be eligible for graduate tuition remission upon acceptance into any of Chatham University's non-health science graduate programs. There is a limited number of graduate tuition remission opportunities available depending on the program.
