Job Description:

Job Summary/Basic Function:Support Business System Analysts in administrative and low technical needs as well as supporting eCommerce initiatives and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance across campus. Applies administrative skills such as scanning and filing as well as applying knowledge of PCI, eCommerce and Cash Management requirements to campus business processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

Primary Purpose of Position:The primary purpose of this position is to support the growing needs of the Systems Coordination department. Some of these activities could include: providing administrative support to Business System Analyst, reviewing reports for actionable activities, managing eCommerce users; manage/audit PCI User Security and the PCI Security Awareness Training program (800+ users); manage inventory for all POS terminals and POI devices (300+) and performing required inspections; assist with Cellular POS Rental Program and subsequent billing for rental contracts via Journal Vouchers; analyze merchant account statements (120+); submit requests on behalf of campus users to Office of State Controller (OSC) for access to Clientline and AMEX portals; design, develop and distribute the PCI newsletter quarterly; maintain/update eCommerce webpages; scan/index eCommerce documents in Xtender and other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:Currently enrolled ECU student. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel. Selected candidate will need to travel to various locations on campus, so a personal vehicle and driver’s license is required. Candidate will be reimbursed for mileage per state guidelines.
