Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

The Program Manager manages all aspects of faculty employment, such as offers, hiring, and appointments. This position manages payroll for the school, including status changes, labor distributions, and initiating and suspending adjunct payments as needed. This position maintains the budgets for faculty, staff, and student employee salaries.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree
•2 years of relevant experience
OR
•High School Diploma or Equivalent
•8 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

•PHR or SHRM certification
•Experience working in a university setting
•Proficiency/experience with Tulane systems and programs (Kronos, HCM, HRIS, Interfolio)
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
•Experience with international hiring requirements such as visas, green card, etc.
