Position Scope
Handling of cash rotating throughout the center on a daily basis. Reconciling deposits to and from the bank. Distributing change funds to various departments throughout the center. Entering sales and deposit numbers into the computer and spot-checks using the program excel, while balancing reports.


Finance or Accounting Major

Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Basic operation of 10-key calculator

Legible handwriting (for written receipts and deposit slips)

Good eyesight and accuracy

Be able to lift at least 20lbs

Be able to be on your feet (stand while assisting customers)

Must Attach Resume and Current Semester Schedule (Weekly View)

Work Schedule

Monday - Saturday (19 hours per week)
