What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • Perform research on sea level change using observations from NASA satellite missions.
  • Perform data analysis of satellite data, including error analysis and validation.
  • Develop methods for understanding the causes of future sea level change.
  • Develop methods for projecting regional patterns of sea level change.
  • Work with collaborators on the use of climate models for interpreting the satellite observations of sea level change.
  • Write journal articles on the results.
  • Write proposals to bring in funding to support the research.
  • Assist with directing the research of graduate students.

The salary range is $60,00 - $70,000.

  • Completed Ph.D. degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
