Position Description:
UCLA Strategic Communications increases awareness, understanding and support of UCLA's vision, mission and accomplishments among its many constituencies. A major focus of this department is the formulation and implementation of strategic communications initiatives, plans and events.

Under the direction of the Senior Experiential Marketing Manager, the Experiential Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of event and experiential marketing programs. He/She/They supports the development of end to end experiential programs from initial concept through the delivery. He/She/They partners with UCLA Strategic Communications colleagues to ensure events and experiences are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief. The incumbent supports the Senior Experiential Marketing Manager on both in-person and online events, advocating for the end user and ensuring UCLA delivers highly engaging, rich and rewarding experiences.

The Experiential Marketing Manager is a highly innovative event marketer who is strong in project management, vendor management, experiental event execution and working across cross-functional creative marketing teams.

The incumbent recruits, trains and supervises brand ambassadors and interns. Duties are performed onsite during normal office working hours. Working hours may include weekends, evenings and holidays and travel is required.
