Posting Summary:

Oversee administrative and operational aspects of the Grossman School of Business (GSB) Family Business Institute and GSB’s experiential programs. Collaborate with key academic/admin leads in the development and oversight of current and new experiential programs. Manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships related to these programs. Manage and oversee programs’ operating budgets. Represent the Grossman School’s experiential programs at external events and conferences. Administer the development and implementation of operational and administrative procedures and systems; ensure the execution of programs’ marketing, branding and recruitment strategies. Responsible for oversight of website content and newsletters related to Family Business Institute, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Executive Education programming.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):

Bachelor’s degree in a business field and two years’ experience in a family or sustainable business, or entrepreneurship environment required. Proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word-processing applications required. Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills required. Demonstrated administrative and operational management skills required. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment required.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience in interacting with family business owners, advisors and educators desired.

Other Information:

6-month probationary period required.
Occasional evening and weekend hours required.
