Responsibilities

We are looking for an office assistant for a statewide leadership development program. Duties include: digital printing and assembling the class notebooks; preparing UPS shipments of notebooks and instructional materials; maintaining inventory of copy paper and supplies; making deposits; picking up and dropping off department mail; filing and scanning documents; responding to department emails and phone calls; providing support for graduation conferences. Duties will include lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED. Computer skills using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with banking deposits. Familiar with operation of a digital copier and shipping with UPS. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments with close attention to detail. The ability to collaborate with the office team as well as work independently. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Candidate needs a reliable form of transportation.

Preferred experience with data entry

Anticipated Salary Range

Schedule

15-20 hours per week. Flexible schedule.

Criminal Background Check
