Centre College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of German, to begin August 2022. Candidates must have defended their Ph.D. dissertation by the start of the contract. Candidates will be required to teach all levels of German. In addition to courses in German, the successful candidate will teach courses in English such as first-year seminars. Specialization is open. The successful candidate must be committed to excellent teaching, scholarly productivity, and broader service.
