MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in food services management or a related field.
- Ten years of foodservice managerial experience showing progressive growth, both in size and scope of responsibilities.
- Proven record of accomplishment in such areas as menu management, innovative residential and cash operations dining service programs.
- Strong business, budget, marketing, facilities planning, and human resources management background.
- Demonstrated understanding of and stated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills that foster teamwork and motivate staff.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective communication, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated achievement in providing exceptional, innovative service.
- Demonstrated use of advanced technology in foodservice management.
- Master’s degree.Demonstrated experience integrating principles of diversity and inclusion into all aspects of management.Related experience in a large, higher education environment.Certification in sanitation and food safety.
