Job Summary The Department of Rehabilitation Science within the School of Health and Natural Sciences at Middle Georgia State University (MGA) is seeking candidates for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Rehabilitation Science.

Responsibilities This position involves teaching, advising, scholarship, and service to the institution and community. Responsibilities may include day/and or evening classes, online classes, weekend classes, course development and program planning/evaluation, as well as committee work as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a rehabilitation science
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist
• Two (2) years of clinical/field experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior successful teaching experience.
• Interest in and experience to support development of undergraduate programming in physical therapy.
