The person in this challenging and demanding role will have opportunities to lead and to participate in meetings, projects, committees, business analysis and administrative teams like our Device Management Administrative Teams.
The TSA role may provide work direction and coordination of work activities to other technical staff and \ or student and casual employees.

- Demonstrated experience in Project Management as a Project Coordinator or Project liaison as well as using Project Management tools, portfolio tools, and time management systems
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively understand diverse customer requirements by engaging in active listening
- Mid to advanced level of skill using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) Office applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides) to convey and summarize topics accurately for the appropriate or target audience
- Experience writing technical documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Experience providing remote and in-person training to technical support colleagues and clients
- Experience using mass deployment system configuration tools for endpoint management
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data and providing reports for others to use
Advanced technical troubleshooting skills, including issues related to operating systems, applications, computer hardware, and failed script executions
To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).
- Associate degree in computer related discipline (Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis).
- Four or more years of work experience with automated systems in a complex network environment.
Successful experience working in an end-user, customer facing role in a trouble-shooting capacity is required.
- Experience working in Higher Education
- Scripting experience.
- Powershell, Bash/Zsh, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with any of the following endpoint management systems: Jamf, Apple device management, KACE Systems Management, Appliance KACE Systems Deployment, ApplianceGhost Solution Suite, Atlassian Confluence experience.
- Experience with Microsoft AzureCertification: CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, or Cloud+Google IT Support Professional Applicable Microsoft certifications.
PCC currently fully funds the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System (PERS/OPSRP) pension and contributes an additional 6% into the employee's Individual Account Program under PERS/OPSRP. PCC offers a tax deferred annuity program and a deferred compensation program where employees may save additional pre-tax dollars for retirement.

Paid Leave: (Pro-rated by FTE for Part-Time Employees)
- Starts at 8 hours of vacation leave per month (additional vacation hours with years of service)

Ability to lift and work on equipment that may be located in tight or poorly lighted spaces.
