TemporaryEssential Job Duties:
Wellness and Recreation is seeking energetic employees to provide direction and support to Wellness and Recreation participants and assist in managing day-to-day operations of 450,000 square feet of indoor recreation space and 8-acres of outdoor recreation space.Specific responsibilities include:· Monitor facility usage, participant behavior and security· Act as the liaison between Wellness and Recreation and event clients· Enforce facility use guidelines· Set up and break down equipment for Health and Exercise StudiesIs Time Limited:
classes, informal recreation and all approved events· Assist in controlling access to the Wellness and Recreation Center· Greet patrons and provide information regarding Wellness and
Recreation, the facility and local area· Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility· Understand and enforce Wellness and Recreation and area specific
policies and guidelines· Knowledge and implantation of emergency action plan

Post-baccalaureate credentials or a bachelor’s degree plus alternative or equivalent professional training and experience.Department Required Skills:

· Previous experience providing direction and support in a collegiate recreation setting
One year of successful experience in a collegiate recreation facility settingRequired License or Certification:
