Salary Information:

Starting salary: $57,444

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The starting salary range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Job Summary:

Develop, coordinate and execute DMACC’s Continuing Education’s strategic marketing plan. Including but not limited to media planning, digital advertising, database marketing/lead generation, and content generation for programs. Analyze audience engagement and impact of advertising programs.

Essential Functions:

Coordinate and execute Continuing Education digital and social advertising program. This includes placement on current advertising platforms and social media channels along, with the review of new/upcoming platforms, systems, etc. Develop campaign demographics, coordinate creative sets, run/ analyze reports, and modify ads to maximize results. Coordinate campaigns with DMACC marketing team and digital vendors to ensure consistency of campaigns and programs.Develop content (copy, graphic, and video) to enhance programs and engage audiences via digital, social, and other advertising platforms. Research and identify new trends or opportunities that benefit DMACC.Coordinate and execute e-marketing promotions and communications, manage and monitor social media promotions and communications, and coordinate maintenance of CE web site content and appearance.Work with Continuing Education staff to develop and coordinate production of all CE and promotional materials (digital, mailings, brochures, catalog).Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, graphic design, video production, journalism or related field and two years of experience in advertising agency or commercial/institutional marketing position OR Associates degree in marketing/advertising, graphic design, video production, journalism or related field and four years of experience in advertising agency or commercial/institutional marketing position OR six years of experience in advertising agency or commercial/institutional marketing position.
Experience managing digital advertising or a content creation program on behalf of an organization.
Experience working with E-mail marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Demonstrated proficiency in digital advertising, graphic design, or writing/editorial skills for electronic media.
Video production skills.
Graphic design skills.
Copywriting and editorial skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize and manage time.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of current software applications.

Desired Qualifications:

Photography skills.
Experience with digital media buying.
Experience working with a website content management system (CMS).
Experience with data/list management associated with E-mail marketing platforms including, but not limited to segmentation, data cleansing and email validation, and evaluation of campaign.
Demonstrated experience engaging diverse audiences.
