Job Description:
Position Summary
The Program Coordinator, Outreach,will support the Assistant Director and Grants Office project teams withidentification and development of products created for the purpose of internaland external dissemination. This position will be responsible for directdevelopment of written content and coordination of key project activitiesrelated to the development of web and video content. This role will work with the College’sMarketing & Communication Department to ensure all product development inin alignment with the College’s marketing standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Grant ProjectDocumentation Development
Develop written grant centeredproducts geared towards but, not limited to documenting best practices andproject related milestones, student success stories, and faculty and staffspotlights. Evaluate and refine theprocesses associated with identifying and developing above mentioned products.Working collaboratively with the project team to provide recommendations toleverage products to enhance engagement events within specific communities ofpractices including conferences and outreach events and supporting thesubmission of internal and external reporting. Create and maintain a cleanaccessible database of content for the purpose of integrating grant fundedinitiatives into sustainable institutional practices; including working withMarketing & Communications and College’s division and department leadershipto leverage grant work being done across Central Ohio.
Coordination of GrantCentered Marketing Content
Proactively coordinate any projectsocial media, video, and web-based requests, including having a clearunderstanding of aligned grant objectives to ensure compliance with fundersintent. Work with the project team to maximize short- and long-term impact forall stakeholders. Maintain a cleanaccessible database of all past and present work to ensure current and accuratemessaging. Act in good faith tocoordinate the development and share all content as appropriate with collegestakeholders.
Administrative Support
Regularly coordinate, attend, andlead initiative and grant meetings for the purpose of maintaining a workingknowledge of strategic efforts. Thisincludes effective note taking and content sharing within and external to theAdvancement Division.

Skill in: verbal and written communications; routine typing; application of job related computer software; operation of job-related equipment and other equipment; maintaining documentation and records.Ability to: coordinate program or functional area operations; coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and tasks; develop and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, students, general public, and other job contacts; maintain confidential and sensitive information; effectively work with persons of varying cultures and diversity.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree preferably with related focus, such as business, marketing, or communications. Two (2) years experience with strong written skills and coordinating marketing content development. State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
