Founded in 1990, the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs is dedicated to educating the next generation of scholars and practitioners on diverse approaches to tackling real-world problems to advance the global human condition. As one of the first professional schools of international affairs situated at major technological institute, we provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary, multi-method, and flexible undergraduate and graduate social science programming at the nexus of science and technology, with special attention to strategic, political economy, and comparative political perspectives on international security, global development, and governance.

Job Summary

The Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech invites applications for a one-year post-doctoral fellowship in International Political Economy to begin Fall 2022. A successful applicant will have the standard Nunn School teaching load (2:2) and conduct individual research.

Required Qualifications

A PhD

Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate would have policy-relevant academic research and teaching interests that interface with one of the School’s core programs in Emerging Technologies and International Security or in Global Development. The search committee also encourages applications from those who seek opportunities to collaborate with other parts of Georgia Tech’s campus.

Proposed Salary

Salary - $50,000
