Job Summary

Manage and facilitate the recruitment process to include both client and candidate relationships. Act in a collaborative team effort to attract, identify and hire top talent. Work closely with Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and HR Representatives. Identify and evaluate talent, while maintaining positive relations with the marketplace. This position will interact with on a consistent basis with: Talent Specialist, Hiring Managers, HR Representatives, internal HR divisions, applicants and new hires. This position typically will advise and counsel: applicants, hiring manager, HR representatives and internal HR divisions. This position will supervises: NA.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Manage and facilitate the full life cycle recruitment process.

Job Duty 2 -
Review resumes and other documentation to determine if applicant meets position requirements.

Job Duty 3 -
Perform candidate screenings.

Job Duty 4 -
Direct sourcing activities.

Job Duty 5 -
Post openings to job boards.

Job Duty 6 -
Participate in training as needed.

Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of achievement in the recruitment industry; Hours can include evenings and weekends. Some conference travel may be required.

Required Experience
Two to four years of job related experience

Other Information We are in the process of a major organizational transformation that will divide our central Human Resources offices into two intrinsically linked central components. Some functions will remain in what is now Georgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR) and others will form the HR Support Services unit in the Administrative Services Center (ASC) which will launch in October 2022. The position that you are applying for will transition to the ASC and will be subject to an internal evaluation process as part of that transition.
