Job Overview

Due to the high demand for assistance from our faculty, Georgetown Law's Library Research Services is hiring a Research Assistant - in a temporary, part-time role - to conduct research for Georgetown Law faculty members on a wide variety of topics.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Provides research assistance to Law Center faculty and administrators
  • Provides electronic and print document delivery services to Law Center faculty and administrators
  • Performs clerical and general office duties


Qualifications
  • Superior research skills, including ability to use traditional print sources, Westlaw, Lexis and other electronic databases
  • Willingness and availability to work during the normal work week, though hours have some flexibility


Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days on campus, 1 day telework). Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University. Such review may necessitate a change to a position's mode of work designation.
