Under the direct supervision of the Director of Facilities Management, the Facilities Supervisor/Assistant Project Manager (FS/APM) is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the daily activities related to; maintenance and repair of the Universities buildings and utility systems; all grounds related services; custodial services and fleet vehicle services. This includes, but is not limited to preventative maintenance activities, repair and installation of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, roofing and structural areas of all buildings and grounds.
Conducts regular building inspections to identify safety and maintenance concerns.
Assists the Director in developing and determining construction and renovation project requirements including; design, specifications, preparation of construction budgets and scheduling.
