The incumbent will perform analysis as well as conduct innovative and comprehensive reviews of a variety of complex financial components within the School of Medicine for the clinical enterprise. Responsible for reviewing, researching, analyzing and developing strategies to analyze billing data, faculty practice performance and productivity. Through the use of professional fee billing benchmarks, clinical practice and faculty productivity measures will establish forecasting and reporting methods to monitor performance against benchmarks. The incumbent will consult with a variety of campus, Medical Center and School of Medicine departments and other sources on a wide spectrum of analytical needs and challenges to develop innovative recommendations and strategic solutions for the Dean's office. Work completed by incumbent contributes to major SOM and Medical Center objectives and directly impacts SOM departmental and supports clinical integration goals.
