Schedule Information: Monday - Thursday

Hours per Week: 20

Benefits: Prorated Sick & Vacation; Holiday Pay; and 2 Harper Tuition Waivers per semester

Work Conditions: Work is primarily indoor and sedentary in nature.

Duties of Position: Responsible for coordinating the day‐to‐day operations of the Google Professional Certificates and Google training program. Leads in the administration of the Google Professional Certificates program through the digital learning platform. Conducts recruitment and outreach for programs. Oversees the development and revision of Google training materials. Monitors progress of program and prepares reports to validate outcomes.

Coordinates daily operations of growing Google Training programs.

Collaborates with staff and faculty in identifying and leveraging student supports, designing and conducting training needs assessment and identifies gaps and/or deficiencies that need to be addressed.

Collaborates with other College departments, including Marketing Services, institutional Research/Outcomes Assessment, Harper Business Solutions, Small Business Development Center, and Access and Disability Services.

Leads in the development of Google Professional Certificates plan and strategies including CE-CPE-Credit pathways.

Oversees the design and implementation of all marketing, communication, and recruitment efforts and materials.

Develops, evaluates, and revises programs, courses, and objectives to ensure responsiveness to training and education requirements of participants

Tracks participant progress, success rates, and completion.

Coordinates and schedules courses in CE Registration System

Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree in training, workforce development or related field required. Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite required.

Experience Requirements: Two years’ experience as a training program coordinator and, or instructor, required (preferably in Google Technologies). Project management experience required. Proven ability to manage full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate training). Ability to analyze complex situations and identify trends. Familiarity with a variety of training concepts, tools and practices geared toward adult learners.
