Job Summary

The Part-Time Racquet Sports Complex Attendant assists the Manager with tennis court maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities
    Collects funds for daily and monthly passes from tennis court usersCollects signatures from all tennis court users, IDs or class schedules from Faculty, Staff or studentsSubmits end of day totals and collection reportsMaintains ticket boothCollects, balances and takes to Public Safety all Aquatic Center incomeCollects rental signatures from tennis teams and keep records of Community Education classes using the Tennis centerPerforms light to moderate custodial and maintenance dutiesPerforms other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
    High School Diploma or equivalent GED from a regionally accredited institutionAll degrees must be from a regionally accredited institutionKnowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and proceduresCustomer service experienceAbility to interact effectively and diplomatically with a diverse populationEffective communications skills and the ability to follow oral and written instructionsAbility to carefully perform monetary transactionsAbility to maintain facility for safety hazards and knowledge of proper use of safety practicesAbility toKnowledge and use of proper telephone etiquette and proceduresAbility to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the facility’s need to assist in special events during the year which may include evening and weekend assignmentsAbility to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty, staff, and a diverse population
