Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Marketing department and/or executive director and/or staff. Responsibilities may include managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; and preparing reports and financial data. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.Receive and direct visitors and clients.Prepare written responses to routine inquiries.Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for manager or staff.Prepare reports, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software.Review reports to analyze trends and provide comparison to previous fiscal years to analyze data.Process bills for payment to internal and external clients.Maintain inventory of office supplies and standard brochures.Manage Marketing and Print Services quoting, billing, and invoicing.Generate and manage department workload and billing reports.Produce and manage department’s e-newsletters.Proofreading marketing projects and other written communications.
