Job Summary
This position is to be a member of the Network Installation team who is responsible for the installation of network cabling and equipment used for delivering voice and network services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Install. Test, and Document network cabling (Copper and Fiber)
- Install Network Equipment (Switches, Wireless AP's, Camera's, etc.)
- Install Hardware for Cable and Equipment (Racks, Cable Trays, Supports, etc.)
- Install and Troubleshoot Network Services.
- Complete any Open Network Tickets.
- Performs other Duties as Assigned.
Job Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 50Ibs.
- Able to work at heights up to 30ft.
- Able to work in confined spaces.
- Able to work 19 hours a week with shifts no shorter than 3 hours during Fall/Winter terms.
- Able to work 40 hours a week Spring/Summer terms.
- Still have at least 2 years before Graduates.
